Northern Hub Knowledge Broker Clare Taylor was invited to give a session keynote presentation at last week’s Australian Water Association’s ‘Water in the Bush’ annual conference in the Northern Territory. Clare’s talk ‘Water Science to Water Policy – a day in the life of a local knowledge broker’ explains how the Hub is working to grow partnerships and maximise research uptake to support sustainable development across the north. It also overviews the Hub’s water-related research projects in the Daly, Fitzroy, Mitchell and Gulf catchments (all presentations will be on the AWA website soon). AWA is also promoting National Water Week this week, and we have lots to celebrate with our water projects wrapping up their dry season fieldwork.
