Bio

Josh is an ecologist who has worked with NGOs and in academia, primarily on landscape-scale conservation programs. His focus has been mammal reintroduction programs, biodiversity and threat monitoring and management, and designing effective environmental data systems and operating processes.

As a Research Officer at Curtin University, Josh supports the development of the web-based platform for the  Developing an Indigenous Environmental Monitoring Platform project. This work focuses on translating existing standard operating procedures into accessible formats that can be used by Indigenous rangers to support decision-making and guide best-practice environmental monitoring.
